In vitro cell-level studies found that miR-10b expression was significantly upregulated in a very short time after ASFV infection [29], but we still found that this miRNA was significantly upregulated at 7 d of infection, so acting on the target ABCA1 may play an important role in the early infection of ASFV mediated by macrophage endocytosis and viral replication.
