GFAP and neuroblastoma: The estimation of the spontaneous differentiation of the neural progenitor cells (drNPCs) and the human neuroblastoma cells (SK-N-BE (2)) upon the 30 min exposure to radiation, based on the expression of the markers of β-III-tubulin, GFAP, SOX2, and the pro-neuronal MAP2b marker did not reveal any changes, though some decrease in the number of SOX2-positive and GFAP and β-III-tubulin co-expressing cells was observed, indicating the loss of the drNPC culture’s stem properties.
