In a previous paper, we examined the potential association between adaptive antibodies (formed as a result of the childhood measles or MMR vaccine) and nAAbs, citrate synthase and the F4 fragment (anti-F4) of DNA topoisomerase I. We found significantly higher anti-CS IgG titers in the antimeasles IgG-sero-positive patient group (p = 0.011) compared to antimeasles IgG sero-negative individuals. This evidence concerns the gene TOP1 and measles.
