Meanwhile, the results of this study also showed that although the gene expression of Irs2 in mice with mild NAFLD at 16 weeks and severe NAFLD at 38 weeks was significantly lower than that in the ND group, there was no significant difference in the gene expression of Irs2 in the HFD16 and HFD38 weeks (p > 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene IRS2 and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
