We highlight the potential use of the identified proteins FXYD3, ALPP, and TSPAN15 as new molecular biomarkers for ovarian cancer, and the use of the set of aptamers comprising AptaC2, AptaC4, AptaO1, and AptaO2, which should be exploited for clinical applications both in ovarian cancer diagnosis and in targeted cancer therapy. This evidence concerns the gene ALPP and ovarian cancer.
