According to our findings, women with a total percent fat less than 39.5% and a plasma ApoB level greater than 95.66 mg/dL, and men with a total percent fat less than 27.8% and a plasma ApoB level greater than 102.40 mg/dL, should be considered to have preclinical atherosclerosis and receive appropriate lifestyle education. This evidence concerns the gene APOB and atherosclerosis.
