After adjustment of age, gender, race, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, smoking status and vigorous work activity, legs percent fat (β = 0.33, 95%CI: 0.22, 0.44; p ≤ 0.0001) and gynoid percent fat (β = 0.41, 95%CI: 0.28, 0.53; p ≤ 0.0001) both had a positive association with blood ApoB level. This evidence concerns the gene APOB and hypertensive disorder.
