Additionally, among the pathways with more over-representation, we detected MAPK, ERK1/ERK2, NFkB, Notch, Wnt, and JNK, which are involved in different cell functions such as proliferation, survival, differentiation, maturation, angiogenesis, inflammatory response, and migration, and have a very important role in hematopoiesis; their participation in leukemia and other types of cancer has been reported [44,45,46,47,48]. The gene discussed is MAPK8; the disease is leukemia.
