HVCN1 and neoplasm: Figure 6A shows strong Hv1 immunofluorescence that overlaps with the expression of the myeloid marker CD11b. As expected, based on the WB data, the Hv1 signal was much stronger in PMN-MDSCs (Figure 6B) compared to Mo-MDSCs (Figure 6C). PMN-MDSCs in the tumor showed focal distribution whereas the Mo-DSCSs are more sparsely distributed, similar to the images in Figure 1.
