Multivariate analysis revealed that creatinine (HR: 1.261, p = 0.004), AFP > 200 ng/mL (HR: 1.732, p < 0.001), vascular invasion (HR: 1.663, p < 0.001), tumor size > 5 cm (HR: 1.949, p < 0.001) and PAL grades 2–3 (HR: 1.541, p < 0.001) predicted increased mortality. Here, AFP is linked to neoplasm.
