Multivariate analysis revealed that serum creatinine (HR: 1.260, p = 0.004), AFP > 200 ng/mL (HR: 1.729, p < 0.001), vascular invasion (HR: 1.613, p < 0.001), tumor size > 5 cm (HR: 1.853, p < 0.001) and EZ-ALBI grades 2–3 (HR: 1.563, p < 0.001) were linked with a higher risk of mortality.
