Of note, the largest difference was observed in the blood where tumor-specific CD8+ T cells increased in triple-treated vs. RT/anti-PD1-treated mice 65-fold in the B16-CD133 model and 72-fold in the C51 model; in line with the Ki67 data in Fig. 1h, j, tumor-specific CD8+ T cells (Fig. 2d, g) increased more than total CD8+ T cells (Fig. 2c, f).
