A recent study found that the status of TP53 (wild/mutant) influences macrophages infiltration in six types of cancer, including uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), OC, low grade glioma (LGG), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is gastric adenocarcinoma.
