ELN and keloid: In this study, we develop a computer-aided diagnosis and analysis platform, which involves a multiphoton imaging module (for both collagen and elastin fibers), a feature selection module [based on minimum redundancy maximum relevancy (MRMR)], and an analysis module [based on stochastic gradient descent and the tree-based pipeline optimization tool (TPOT)] for rapid, automated, and accurate diagnosis and analysis of excised human keloid scar, normal, and adjacent tissues.
