The changes in the relative expression levels of p-CaMKII (T287), TPM1, and MYOM2 proteins were detected using Western Blot, and the results showed that the relative expression levels of p-CaMKII (T287), TPM1, and MYOM2 proteins were increased in the HE group compared with the Vehicle group, and the relative expression levels of p-CaMKII (T287), TPM1, and MYOM2 proteins were decreased in the HE + KN-93 group compared with the HE group, and the differences were statistically significant (Fig. 5I,J). This evidence concerns the gene MYOM2 and hereditary elliptocytosis.
