PFKFB3 and neoplasm: In conclusion, we have successfully prepared the 68Ga-labeled aminoquinoxaline derivative (68Ga-5) as a potential PFKFB3 PET tracer, and our preliminary evaluations indicated that although this scaffold showed potent activity against PFKFB3 in vitro and in vivo, further investigation and optimization, focused on the physicochemical parameters of this scaffold, would be needed to develop more successful PFKFB3 targeted PET tracer for tumor diagnosis and treatment.
