Positive CRP (>3mg/dL) was numerically frequent among patients with PsC with subclinical synovitis (respectively, 5/14 [36%] vs 5/34 [15%], p=0.13) but was equally common among patients with PsA with or without subclinical synovitis (respectively, 6/29 [21%], vs 9/23 [39%], p=0.15). Here, CRP is linked to pancreatic serous cystadenoma.
