Chazal et al. (71) reported that with a lower CSF CD4/CD8 T cell ratio cut-off value of 3.9, the sensitivity was 29% and the specificity 100% for neurosarcoidosis (n = 29) vs. MS (n = 12), and the sensitivity was 29% and the specificity 87% when comparing neurosarcoidosis with MS and other neuroinflammatory diseases (n = 29). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is myeloid sarcoma.
