Neurosarcoidosis patients showed higher values in CSF/serum IgG ratio (9.3 [SD 10.2] vs. 4.5 [SD 2.5], p = 0.024) and IgA ratio (8.9 [13.5%] vs. 1.8 [1.9], p = 0.014), but not IgM ratio (4.1 [9.9] vs. 0.7 [1.1], p = 0.093), than MS patients (Supplementary Table 3). The gene discussed is CD79A; the disease is myeloid sarcoma.
