There is clearly a need for improvement in outcomes of such patients, and newer therapeutic strategies such as AFM13, a bispecific NK cell-engaging antibody binding CD30 on cHL cells and CD16A on NK cells and macrophages, and cellular therapies such as anti-CD30 chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy have been explored in patients with RR cHL.29–31. The gene discussed is FCGR3A; the disease is classic Hodgkin lymphoma.
