We evaluated the concentration of anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-4, IL-10, TGF-ß1, TGF-ß2, TGF-β3 and IL-13), pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-1ra, IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, IL-15, IL-17A, TNFα and IFNγ), chemokines (CCL2, CCL3, CCL4, IP-10, CXCL12, CCL5, CTACK and CXCL9) and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) in HSP samples of three pools from 12 HIV negative fertile, from 21 HIV negative random or from 14 HIV positive donors. Here, CCL2 is linked to hereditary spastic paraplegia.
