PROM1 and carcinoma of esophagus: Nanoliposomal quercetin combined with CD133 antiserum targeted CD44 and CD133 and decreased expression of NF-κBp65, histone deacetylase 1 (HDAC1), and cyclin D1, increased the expression of caspase-3 and E-cadherin in Eca109/9706 esophageal carcinoma cells (Zheng et al., 2014).
