We analyze the possible reasons as follows: (1) disruption of the intestinal barrier can cause loss of nutrients in the gut, the energy needed to reduce the intestinal smooth muscle cell contraction, reduced intestinal motility; (2) pressure on the bowel by an enlarged uterus during pregnancy may result in reduced bowel motility; (3) regulation of peristalsis of thyroid hormone is reduced in the SCH condition [20]; (4) methanogenesis in methane+ amplifies neuronal activity through the cholinergic pathway, leading to small intestinal dyskinesia [25]. Here, TG is linked to spindle cell hemangioma.
