MLL-AF10-ICs exhibited a range of anti-proliferative behaviors (Supplementary Fig. 7a), suggesting that the MOZ/MORF KAT inhibitor is generally effective for AF10 translocation-induced leukemia but less effective for MLL translocation-induced leukemia, in which MLL fusion proteins are recruited to the target chromatin via the MLL modules (Figs. 5b and 6b). The gene discussed is KMT2A; the disease is leukemia.
