To validate the role of surface-TREM2 level on M-MDSCs in predicting survival in adults with treatment-naïve DLBCL, eleven factors (age > 70, being female, IPI risk, bulky mass > 7.5 cm, BM involvement, non-GCB type, double expressor lymphoma, absolute count of CD4+ T cells in PB < 506/μL, absolute count of CD8+ T cells in PB < 390/μL, the percentage of circulating M-MDSCs among PBWCs > 0.92%, and normalized MFI changes of surface TREM2 on M-MDSCs) were initially verified by univariate analysis and subsequently put into multivariate analysis if qualified, as shown in Table 2. This evidence concerns the gene TREM2 and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
