This study confirmed that ginsenoside Rg3 could inhibit the decrease of the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ T lymphocytes and WBC in NSCLC patients with different degrees, and improve the activity of NK cells, indicating that it could enhance the immune function of patients, reduce the incidence of leukocytopenia after chemotherapy, providing evidence-based evidence for the clinical use of the drug. The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
