SOCS3 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma: The results indicated that urologic neoplasms (including BLCA, KICH, KIRP) and respiratory tumors (including LUAD and LUSC), and ACC, LAML, and THCA were more inclined to low SOCS3 expression, whereas reproductive system neoplasms (including OV, TGCT, UCS) and gastrointestinal cancer (including ESCA, STAD, and PAAD) were more likely to high SOCS3 expression.
