CXCL9 and neoplasm: Finally, integrative analysis of our genomic features along with previously reported signatures relevant to immune and tumor biology supported the notion of a complex interplay between distinct signaling pathways (for example, CXCL9 versus TGF-β signaling) and distinct cell types (for example, myeloid cells versus fibroblasts), shedding light on some of the multifaceted interactions underlying checkpoint blockade responsiveness.
