To evaluate whether the additional genomic predictors identified in this study could augment existing biomarker-defined subsets of NSCLC, we selected the top two significant predictors from each cluster and evaluated their potential to further stratify progression-free survival (PFS) in three clinically relevant subgroups: TMB > 10 mut/MB (favorable; n = 27), PD-L1 TPS ≥ 50% (favorable; n = 34) and PD-L1 TPS ≤ 1% (unfavorable; n = 18).
