LGALS13 and gastric cancer: The case “unhealthy versus healthy” presents the gene BTG4, already known to be associated with Gastric Cancer (Dong et al. 2009) as well as to Colorectal and Breast Carcinoma (Mori et al. 2011), often co-occurring with LGALS13 and IFLTD1, associated with Neoplastic Processes (Gilson et al. 2017) and respiratory tracts Neoplasms (Manenti et al. 2004), Cardiovascular Diseases (El Rouby et al. 2019), respectively.
