PB TNF-α levels in the POAG group (3.76 ± 1.13 pg/ml) were significantly higher than those in the cataract group (2.51 ± 0.54 pg/ml, P < 0.001), and PB TGF-β2 in the POAG group (471.8 ± 103.9 pg/ml) was significantly higher than that in the cataract group (414.6 ± 98.2 pg/ml, P = 0.031).
