CSF3 and neutropenia: The use of G-CSF may have contributed to the lower incidence of febrile neutropenia (28.6% in this EAS vs. 50.0% in the Japanese VIALE-C population) despite the higher incidence of neutropenia (57.1 vs. 16.7%), although this cannot be confirmed owing to the coincided drug holiday and the small sample size in both studies.
