CD8A and neoplasm: The results of MCP-counter showed an increased number of tumor infiltrating immune cells, including T cells, CD8 T cells, cytotoxic lymphocytes, monocytic lineage, and neutrophils in the high KIF2C expression group compared with the low expression group, while the number of endothelial cells and fibroblasts was significantly higher in the low KIF2C group (Fig. 5D, Supplementary Fig. 3A).
