Furthermore, we plan to develop a similar approach toward other gene fusions, such as ROS1 [3], RET [4], and NTRK [5] in NSCLC, but also gene fusions identified in other solid cancers, such as TMPRSS2-ERG in prostate cancer [30], EVT6-NTRK3 in secretory breast carcinoma [31] etc. Here, ROS1 is linked to prostate cancer.
