The significance of this study is that we report for the first time that a circular pathway miR19-3p/NF-κB//NKRF participates in the occurrence and progression of LC in patients with COPD, and first revealed that ICL is an important reason for the high incidence of LC in patients with COPD. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and laryngotracheoesophageal cleft.
