Western blotting showed that expression of NKRF was decreased significantly in LC tissues of patients with COPD than that of LC patients without COPD (p < 0.01 vs. LC patients without COPD), and phosphorylation of NF-κB p65 were significantly enhanced in LC tissues of patients with COPD than that of LC patients without COPD (p < 0.01 vs. LC patients without COPD. Here, NFKB1 is linked to laryngotracheoesophageal cleft.
