Similarly, Parkinson et al. have also found TRPS1 to diffusely (≥ 50% of the cells) stain the majority of HER2-positive cancers (91% of 64 cases) and TNBCs (87% of 76 cases), with a minority of tumours being labelled to a lesser degree, and only 3 and 6 cases showing < 10% labelling, i.e. being below the cut-off used in the present study.
