We found that BAX, CASP1, CASP3, CASP4, CASP5, CHMP2B, CHMP3, HMGB1, IL18, IL1A, AIM2, NLRC4, NOD2, TNF, and GZMA were overexpressed in RA patients compared to healthy controls (Figures 1A, B). The gene discussed is CHMP2B; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
