We found that BAX, CASP1, CASP3, CASP4, CASP5, CHMP2B, CHMP3, HMGB1, IL18, IL1A, AIM2, NLRC4, NOD2, TNF, and GZMA were overexpressed in RA patients compared to healthy controls (Figures 1A, B). The gene discussed is CASP1; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
