We found that BAX, CASP1, CASP3, CASP4, CASP5, CHMP2B, CHMP3, HMGB1, IL18, IL1A, AIM2, NLRC4, NOD2, TNF, and GZMA were overexpressed in RA patients compared to healthy controls (Figures 1A, B). This evidence concerns the gene CASP4 and rheumatoid arthritis.
