In sepsis samples, significant positive correlations were found between six hub genes (STOM, BATF, CASP4, MT1F, CFLAR, UROD) and the pathways of glycolysis, bile acid metabolism, adipogenesis, cholesterol homeostasis and xenobiotic metabolism, while the pathways of glycolysis, bile acid metabolism, adipogenesis, cholesterol homeostasis and xenobiotic metabolism showed negative correlations with MAP3K14 (Figure 5E). The gene discussed is MAP3K14; the disease is Sepsis.
