In Figure 1E, compared with adjacent normal tissues, the total protein expression level of PHF14 was higher in primary tumor tissues of breast cancer, colon cancer, kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (clear cell RCC), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), glioblastoma (GBM), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD) (p < 0.001) and ovarian cancer (p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene PHF14 and breast cancer.
