From some previous studies, Wu et al. inhibited the Wnt signaling pathway by silencing the expression of PHF14 in glioblastoma multiforme, indicating that PHF14 was involved in glioma pathogenesis through the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway (Soliman and Riabowol, 2007; Pan et al., 2022). Here, PHF14 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
