ILD was significantly more prevalent in the anti-Ro52 positive group (79%) than in the anti-Ro52-negative group (37%; p = 0.007), while no difference was observed for other clinical manifestations such as myositis, skin rash, Raynaud phenomenon, arthritis, dysphagia, and cardiomyopathy. This evidence concerns the gene TRIM21 and cardiomyopathy.
