Univariate analysis (Table 2) showed that male gender, biliary pancreatitis, calculus in the neck of the gallbladder, the thickness of the gallbladder wall ≥4 mm, age, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase, and different interval time between ERCP and LC were all risk factors. Here, GGTLC1 is linked to laryngotracheoesophageal cleft.
