MUC16 and Ascites: Table 1 compares the characteristics of patients with and without enlarged CPLN. No difference was found in age, FIGO grade, histology, or RD between the groups with and without abnormal CPLN (all, p > 0.05). However, enlarged CPLN were associated with a higher preoperative CA-125 level (median value: 1508.0 U/mL vs. 498.0 U/mL; p = 0.000) and a higher rate of ascites (96.9% vs. 88.0%; p = 0.005).
