CACNA1D and glioblastoma: RT-PCR data of two human glioblastoma cell lines (T98G and U251; Neuhaus et al., 2019) as well as transcriptome data of glioblastoma resection specimens deposited in the TCGA database (Vatter et al., 2020) suggest high expression of Cav1.2 (CACNA1C) and Cav1.3 (CACNA1D) L-type voltage-gated Ca2+ channels.
