There has been no breakthrough in the treatment of BLCA over the past three decades until immune checkpoint inhibitors, fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) inhibitors, and antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Nectin-4 were approved for advanced BLCA, however, overall response rates of which were less than 50% and complete response rates were less than 15% (3–5). Here, NECTIN4 is linked to bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
