CTLA4 and demyelinating polyneuropathy: No significant statistical difference was observed when comparing ICI or ICIs classes for the reporting probability of Guillain-Barré syndrome (Figure 3B), nor for demyelinating polyneuropathy, except for a higher reporting probability of Guillain-Barré syndrome for anti-CTLA4 compared to PD-L1 (ROR 2.378; 95% CI 1.007-6.127;p=0.04).
