Ginkgetin (GK), a diflavone isolated from Ginkgo biloba L. [238], when combined with cisplatin, can induce Nrf2/HO-1 inactivation, increase unstable iron pool and lipid peroxidation, on the one hand, promote ferroptosis in lung cancer, on the other hand, significantly enhance the therapeutic effect [239]. This evidence concerns the gene NFE2L2 and lung cancer.
