LAP3 and neoplasm: Subsequently, we performed GO analysis using these 88 genes and the results showed that SNHG6 may be involved in a range of biological processes including: activation and proliferation of immune cells, regulation of peptidase activity and regulation of DNA metabolic process, etc. Encouragingly, these results seem to corroborate the previously mentioned role of SNHG6 in the regulation of the tumor immune microenvironment.
