By integrating genomic data from the TCGA database and GTEx database, we found that SNHG6 was highly expressed in a variety of human cancers, including glioma, renal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, lung squamous carcinoma and melanoma, etc. (see Fig. 1A for details). This evidence concerns the gene SNHG6 and renal carcinoma.
