We have identified 74 distinct pathogenic and likely pathogenic variants in our study population in the following 13 cancer-related genes: ATM, BARD1, BRCA1, BRCA2, BRIP1, CDH1, CHEK2, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PALB2, PMS2, in RAD51C (Supplementary Table S1). This evidence concerns the gene CDH1 and cancer.
