Factors previously reported to be associated with poor mobilization in MM included age [9], bone marrow involvement with the disease [21], PB Hb level [10], platelet count at time of mobilization, white blood cell count [7], circulating immature cells and baseline platelet count [22], type of G-CSF utilized [9], prior lenalidomide therapy [23, 24], prior melphalan therapy [8, 25], number of prior lines of therapy [8], and extensive irradiation to bone marrow sites [21, 26].
