AKT1 and cervical cancer: Besides, we observed that AKT inhibitor could significantly suppressed the expression of ITGA5 in cervical cancer cells, consistent with previously report that the AKT pathway had an obvious inhibitory effect on ITGA5 level in chorioretinal endothelial cells,30 indicating a positive feedback loop between ITGA5 and AKT‐signals, as ITGA5 is both upstream and downstream to AKT‐pathway.
