AFP and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma: There were 93.44% or 6.56% BCLC grade A-C or D; 91.01%; or 8.99% were Child-Turcotte-Pugh class A-B or stage C. The MELD score, ALBI score, alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), aspartate aminotransferase (AST); and total bilirubin (Tbil) level were significantly higher in HCC patients compared to ICC patients (P < 0.05).
