Further analysis revealed that dense GZMB+CD8+ Teffs were present in the tumor nest region of the CT in IPSLow, reflecting the advantage of the tumor‐targeted migration ability of Teffs.[18] In addition, M1 macrophages (CD68+INOS+) were found in high numbers in the tumor epithelium, together with Teffs defined, the hyperinflammatory microenvironment of IPSLow tumors and a favorable outcome. The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is neoplasm.
