When patients are diagnosed with GC by biopsy tissue obtained by gastroscopy, only five indicators (WARS, UBE2L6, GZMB, BATF2, and LAG‐3) of immunohistochemical staining of the remaining biopsy tissue are sufficient to obtain the IPS to determine the strategy of neoadjuvant therapy without additional invasive examinations. Here, LAG3 is linked to gastric cancer.
