LOXL2 and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma: The results showed that silencing LOXL2 in TE-1 cells significantly reduced ESCC cell growth in vitro (P < 0.001) (Fig. 2a, b), while overexpression of LOXL2 in KYSE30 cells significantly enhanced ESCC cell growth in vitro (P < 0.001) (Fig. 2c, d).
