LOXL2 and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma: In this study, we analyzed the clinical significance of LOXL2 in esophageal squamous carcinoma through clinicopathological data, applied high-throughput sequencing to screen LOXL2 and the PI3K/AKT pathway, and explored the effect of altered LOXL2 gene expression on the biological characteristics of ESCC cells through in vitro cell experiments.
