BRCA2 and neoplasm: As expected, the growth of HOC84 tumors was not affected by 10 mg/kg of AZD5305 (Fig. 1D, left), even though >90% reduction of the tumor's total PARylation was achieved (Fig. 1D, right; Supplementary Fig. S4B) and the unbound plasma levels of AZD5305 remained above 1 μmol/L (∼150 times the IC95 in DLD-1 BRCA2−/− cells in vitro clonogenic assay) for 24 hours.
